To book a performer, simply browse our character gallery, select your desired performer, and fill out the booking form with your event details. Our team will confirm your booking shortly after.

We offer a wide range of performers including superheroes, princesses, clowns, magicians, and more. Each character is professionally trained to ensure a memorable experience for your event.

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred performer and date. However, last-minute bookings can often be accommodated depending on availability.

⭐ Cancellation Policy

KidsVentureParties does not accept cancellations.

If you cancel your event for any reason, your payment is non‑refundable.

Because we book events 4–8 weeks in advance, your reserved time slot cannot be replaced last‑minute. Once we schedule your entertainers, we must pay them, or there cannot be guarantee. 

For this reason, we cannot refund payments for any type of cancellation.

However, you can transfer your package to another person or  reschedule, there is no rescheduling fee or expiration. 

⭐ Weather Policy

Outdoor parties may be moved indoors if weather conditions are unsafe.

If indoor space is not available, we can reschedule your event at no extra cost.
