Policies
Booking Policy
A deposit is required to secure your party date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Remaining balance is due on the day of the event up on meeting and greeting of your entertainer not after.
Cancellation Policy
KidsVentureParties does not accept cancellations. If you cancel your event for any reason, your payment is non‑refundable. Because we book events 4–8 weeks in advance, your reserved time slot cannot be replaced last‑minute. Once we schedule your entertainers, we must pay them, or there cannot be guarantee. For this reason, we cannot refund payments for any type of cancellation. However, you can transfer your package to another person or reschedule, there is no rescheduling fee or expiration.
Weather Policy
Outdoor parties may be moved indoors if weather conditions are unsafe. If indoor space is not available, we can reschedule your event at no extra cost.
Travel Policy
We serve Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, and nearby areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Electricity Policy
Machines such as cotton candy, popcorn, snow cone, hot dog, and spin art require access to a standard electrical outlet. Face painting, balloon twisting, and games do not require electricity.
Safety & Cleanliness Policy
All equipment, brushes, and machines are cleaned and sanitized before every event. Our entertainers are friendly, trained, and experienced with children of all ages.
Supervision Policy
At least one Adult parent or guardian must be present at all times during the event. Our staff supervises activities but does not replace parental supervision.
Customization Policy
Packages can be customized with extra time, additional hosts, characters, or machines. Let us know your needs and we’ll help create the perfect party.
Payment Policy
We accept cash, Chime/stride, Venmo, All major Credit card, Zelle payments. Full payment must be completed up on the arrival not after but prior to show time unless you book on line in that case you pay in full.
Transfer My Party Package
If you are unable to host your event, you may transfer your party package to another person at no extra cost. This means a friend, family member, or anyone you choose can use your booking instead of you.
How It Works
The new person keeps the same package, same price, and same date/time. You simply let us know the name and contact information of the person taking over your event. Once transferred, the booking becomes non‑refundable and non‑changeable for the original customer.
Why We Allow Transfers
Because we do not accept cancellations and cannot refund payments, transferring your package gives you a flexible option if your plans change. Once the event is done or up on the transfer you may have them pay you back

Late Payment Fee
If the remaining balance is not paid on the event day, a $25 late fee will be added for each day the payment is delayed. Also the entertainer may not even do the event entertainment.
